My work is primarily in acrylic paint, gouache, and pencil to illustrate my fascination with "in-between" places; architecture, open skies, shifting landscapes, and half-lit environments.

I paint memorial pet portraits in an illustrative realism style, featuring ornate fantasy settings and luxurious design elements.
Lifelike and regal, or bold and decadent fantasy, I create realistic portraits. When requested, my paints are infused with ashes and fur to incorporate a tangible part of your pet into their painted tribute.

Junior Artist Career Mentoring
I recognise how lucky I am to work professionally as a painter, employ other artists, and to advocate for the importance of the arts in Melbourne communities and online. Each day, I head into my studio to spend 1 on 1 time with artists of all stages as they develop their practice and career. As a self taught adult, I've had to build professional resilience as I built the technical foundations simultaneously. It's been immensely challenging, and I can now recognise why seeking guidance is so valuable as a junior artist. From my Melbourne studio, I open the doors to artists of all ages to paint, draw, and learn to believe in their own artistic abilities no matter the goal.
I've worked in Caen, France and Melbourne, Australia. My studio, Paint With Me, is an art school open to the public 7 days a week where I teach artists of all ages. Paint With Me has been open for almost 7 years in Melbourne's northern suburbs, with a large studio in Northcote. Building a resilient arts business in a demanding sector through these rapid shifts has taken unwavering commitment to learning, planning, and practice. From marketing to coding, designing to staffing, navigating business as a painter takes creative thinking, aesthetic know-how, and poetic artistry.
Talent is developed, and talented artists cannot succeed alone. Creative professionals are rarely shown the path forward. I want to change that.
